# Account

> Plan, security, sessions and deletion

Account settings sit behind the avatar in the console header, and they apply to
you rather than to any one workspace.

## Plan and billing

Your current plan, what it includes, and what you have used against it. See
[Plans](/plans) for the full comparison.

Changing plan takes effect straight away when you upgrade, and at the end of the
current period when you downgrade. A scheduled change can be cancelled before it
lands. Cancelling a subscription leaves it active until the period ends, then
drops you to Free.

Invoices are listed here, and the billing portal handles payment methods.

## Credits

A paid plan grants credits every month, and you can top up on demand. Credits
are one balance per account, shared across every workspace, and pay for metered
work such as Computer runtime, web search and page reads. See

## Security

**Password.** Changing it signs out your other sessions.

**Two factor.** An authenticator app, set up by scanning a QR code and
confirming one code. You get backup codes at setup, which you can regenerate
later. Turning it off needs both your password and a current code.

**Sessions.** Every signed in device, with where and when it last appeared. Sign
one out individually, or all of them at once. Your current session is marked so
you do not cut yourself off by accident.

## Connections

**Integrations** are the accounts chat can act through, such as GitHub or
Discord. Disconnecting one revokes the stored token.

**Authorized apps** are OAuth applications you have granted access to your
account. See [Applications](/console/applications).

## Privacy

Your chats, files and prompts are never used to train models.

Metrics record what a request was and what it cost, never the content of the
request. Provider keys, API keys and connector credentials are sealed and never
readable back through the interface.

## Deleting your account

Permanent, and it removes your sessions, linked accounts, integrations, API
keys, applications, providers, connectors and workspace memberships.

  Transfer ownership of any workspace that still has other members before you
  delete. The deletion is refused until you do, so people are not left holding a
  workspace with no owner.

Anything running against a deleted account stops working at once. There is no
recovery.
