Account

Account settings sit behind the avatar in the console header, and they apply to you rather than to any one workspace.

Account type

Every account is Personal or Professional, chosen during setup. A Professional account without an active paid plan, for example after a subscription ends, is asked to choose a plan or switch to Personal before the console and chat open again.

Plan and billing

Your current plan, what it includes, and what you have used against it. See Plans for the full comparison. On a paid plan, Change plan in the Billing panel moves you up or down. Upgrading takes effect straight away. Downgrading is scheduled for the end of the current period, and a scheduled change can be cancelled before it lands. Cancelling a subscription leaves it active until the period ends, then drops you to Free. The plan buttons on nemu.cc/pricing open the console. A Free account goes straight to checkout for that plan, and an account already on a paid plan lands on Change plan with it selected. Yearly billing is shown there but cannot be bought yet; every plan is billed monthly for now. Invoices are listed here, and the billing portal handles payment methods.

Credits

A paid plan grants credits every month, and you can top up on demand. Credits are one balance per account, shared across every workspace, and pay for metered work such as Computer runtime, web search and page reads. See Credits.

Referrals

Your referral link is on the Billing panel of your account settings, built from your username as nemu.cc/?ref=your-username. Someone who signs up without your link can still name you during setup, on the Who invited you step. This works for GitHub and Google sign-ups as well as email. When someone signs up through it and reaches a paid plan within 30 days, you get 10 EUR in credits and they get 5 EUR. Both rewards vest once the referred account has paid for a second month, so a referral that is cancelled after one invoice pays nothing. Both of you need an active paid plan for the credits to land, so if you are on the free plan when they upgrade the reward waits until you are on a paid plan too. Each account can be referred once, self referrals do not qualify, and rewards are capped at 300 EUR per account per month. The credits arrive in your current balance as their own line, with a note saying which referral they came from, and are spent alongside the credits your plan includes.

Other credit rewards

What is running alongside the referral is listed at nemu.cc/affiliates, together with the rewards that are still in development, which are marked as such and are not claimable. Anything running is automatic: the credits appear on your balance as their own line, the same way referral credits do. The Computer’s processor rate is a quarter lower between 00:00 and 08:00 UTC, which is not a campaign and is not claimed. See Computer for the rates.

Security

Password. Changing it signs out your other sessions. Resetting a forgotten password goes further: it also signs the CLI and any connected OAuth apps out, and revokes every Context key and device, because a reset usually means someone else may have had access. Two factor. An authenticator app, set up by scanning a QR code and confirming one code. You get backup codes at setup, which you can regenerate later. Turning it off needs both your password and a current code. With two factor on, signing in with Google or GitHub also asks for a code; those buttons skip your password, never the second factor. Sessions. Every signed in device, with where and when it last appeared. Sign one out individually, or all of them at once. Your current session is marked so you do not cut yourself off by accident.

Connections

Integrations are the accounts chat can act through, such as GitHub or Discord. Disconnecting one revokes the stored token. Authorized apps are OAuth applications you have granted access to your account. See Applications.

Privacy

Your chats, files and prompts are never used to train models. Metrics record what a request was and what it cost, never the content of the request. Provider keys, API keys and connector credentials are sealed and never readable back through the interface.

Deleting your account

Deleting asks for your password, and for a current authenticator code when two factor is on. Accounts that only sign in with Google or GitHub and have no two factor confirm by typing their username. Permanent, and it removes your sessions, linked accounts, integrations, API keys, applications, providers, connectors, workspace memberships, chats, chat memories, and everything in Context: projects, notes, devices and Context keys. Anything running against a deleted account stops working at once. There is no recovery.
